United StatesExcellent For Centered Pivot in Backswing and Weight Transfer in Downswing
The mirror is wonderful for visualizing a centered pivot in the backswing motion by keeping your head and body on the red line as you turn back. Weight transfer and pressure shift to the lead leg can be seen by moving toward the target, in front of the red line in transition, and through the down swing to a balanced finish. Great for both rehearsal swings and actual swings with a ball. 5 star product for productive and focused practice sessions!

The 360 mirror definitely helps to see both “face-on” and “down-the-line” views of my golf set up and slow motion swing movements. Helps see: 1. Grip 2. Body tilt 3. Club head half way and at the top of the backswing. 4. Hand position at the top of the backswing 5. Hip turn from address 6. Hand and shoulder position throughout the downswing. Etc
